Went into it sceptical, but the combat is quite engaging - even without the strategical component of controlling an entire party. It is a lot more like Mass Effect with companions offering a select set of skills you can trigger when needed.

Story and writing gets a lot of critic, but I quite like it anyways.

Its a hybrid of skyrim/fallout, in space. Enjoy the ride and not focus on the goal.

The game is amazing, so many tiny details, most quests are interesting with a nice story behind them. Some have different outcomes, but not all.
The base building is cool, much like what you got in Fallout 4, and the ship building is a nice touch for immersion.

Its not perfect but im definitely enjoying it and will for years to come and mods are introduced.

Better than Divinity 2, pretty much sums it up.

Multiplayer and skirmish is starting to shape up to something that works beside minor balance issues.

The single player campaign is just straight up broken with game breaking bugs at this point, don't even bother because im pretty sure the devs don't.

Game is simple, yet surprisingly fun. Difficulty is very well balanced starting out quite easy, but requiring for you to have a well defined combination of units and a clear tactic to beat the endgame.

Has a in-game currency known as bloodshards earned each game depending on how far you get, allowing for progression as you play to get stronger.

Well worth the price for the amount of fun you will have.
