More drip and this game would be perfect.

Experienced 2 crashes resulting PC bricking and loss of progress because for some reason the game only saves at each rest point. First crash was directly the result of the game unable to keep up with how fast Kal was moving around and unable to load the area.

In the current state it is I can't even go much farther without crashing. Extremely disappointing.
EA if you see this. Learn your damn lesson and stop using Denuvo. More than half the issues with this game stem from your obsessive need to use this software.

Really cute game and a great way to chill with a friend but my brother in Christ this is a PC game. Please add an option to make the pick up system a simple point and click. The current way of trying to pick up items is an actual pain. Or at the least make the pick up system automatic.

The Cuphead of Cuphead...

A fitting Ending to once long dead fandom.

A cute but also somewhat sudistic game in which the local animal life are oh so adorible and are hunted down cramed into a small device before being released into a cute version of a concentration camp for cutness. In which the very excrement of the poor sods are suck and used for profit only to then stuff the poor bastards with more food repeating the cicle...Each smiling slime is not only ungodly happy but also comes in different sizes and colours with different abilites due to being made or infused with different elements. You a single farmer must venture out into the unknown to find these little guys and build your secretly evil empire of global profits while gaining new abilities to help you and expand your profit farm and chose how and what your farm will look like.

Does any of this ring a bell? well it should in a small sense this game reflects other titles that use the same collect cute small creatures for profit like that of pokemon for example. however the similarities are small they remind us that even the cutest looking title can have the most sinister plot...

Currently a one horse show the game feels almost empty after playing for a small bit as at core at the moment of making this review the game is extreamly small. Do not expect hours apon hours to play this you very well may be done in about an hour or two but thats not to say its not worth playing however future updates will be a happy sight. Combat if you can call it that is fun and fast along with the tycoon profit building segment of farm crafting and slime hunting. The cute character slimes and art style will leave you with a smile like theirs along with the power ups that at times feel over powered and unbalanced as you can break the game with some of them. If you are looking for that stress reliever to soak up the pain this is just for you.

After crash landing on a remote beach with little to no sign of help myself and my companion ventured forth onto the beach in search of supplies. After scavenging a small boat close to the shore my companion and I climed a large cliff side with an old tree set at the top to set up a camp and shelter. After spending an hour going back and forth gathering wood and stone for the camp we were suddenly attacked by a stange tribe of pale humans forcing us to wage war with the tribe. Discovering that the tribe people were only a small scout group after a long fifteen minute battle we knew that they would be back and in bigger numbers. Suddenly stumbling apon a large cave by accident my companion decide to explore the cave in search of treasure and to find answers if possible. Venturing deeper into the caves what we find only furthers our minds into insanity, first we find a skeleton of a priest with some diving gear only to search and find a door on the other side sick twisted half baby like abominations. My hunger rising and with no food in sight I look to the nearby camp we found in the cave to see a dead tribe member with free arms and legs...Being only in the cave for thirty minutes and my mind is now broken I have eaten the arm and leg of a tribe member oh well...you are what you eat! Pressing forward we find a rope piece that leads up to light and then a small lake at last light, freedom. After spending two minutes trying to get back to the camp we return to our usual efforts to survive only now we have a nice supply of free arms to cook from the locals. Finally we turned in for the night sorrounded by pale dead bodies hanging from dryers and left on the floor and keeping us safe about a dozen human effiges we were able to make from the left overs.

The Forest is best played with a friend the more the better because in such a world the stories you make can be unforgettable. If your attempting to play this game by yourself or for the first time be warned building is a long and tiring process in which you will cut and carry wood with the same determination of a player stuck griding XP for hours however. The result will leave a smile on your face knowing you have built a real looking cabin and camp for once in a game. The enemies will charge and fling at you in groups with their numbers only increasing over time even leaving signs of "your dead meat" in the form of totums using skulls and severed heads. Consider also doing some research as recipe crafting is a real thing in this game and its all left unexplained and empty.
