It is what it is.

Lightfall is a setup for the Final Shape dlc.

It’s a filler with a TON of QoL improvements.

Overall, so far in my experience I’ve loved every minute. It’s been a lot of fun. I’ve probably had 24 hours in the dlc thus far if that matters.

It has its bugs, but sadly, what game doesn't nowadays?

This game is beautiful in looks. It's a lot of fun to play regardless of playing solo or with friends. You can literally play it however you want. You can be chill and just be a gather/crafter and be a billionaire on the trading post or you can get down and dirty in pvp action. Theres a little something for everyone.

Back to the bugs. There are quite a few...you can read a full list of known bugs on their forums if you wish. However, the devs are quite active. They are constantly working on patches nearly weekly.

Overall I recommend this game.

Ermahgerd. This game is a lot of fun.

Sure, you may die/spawn/die/spawn/die/spawn/die/spawn....etc. However, when you get that kill...it’s glorious.

Buy this game. The weekly/monthly wipes keep it fresh.

I first bought this game a few months ago, maybe last year even. I played a little and didn't think it was for me. Now though? I played easily 40+ hours over the last two weeks. This game is just the best hide and seek game I've ever played.
