Having a blast playing this! Feels a bit like Planetside 2 crossed with Warzone and Destiny 2.

Server issues are a a bit annoying but only really become an issue at peak times. Victim of it's own success there but as the weeks pass they will be resolved so personally not really bothered. |

Like all co-op games this is better with friends you know but having played with randomers through matchmaking it was still a great time.

10/10 will continue to fight (and die) for democracy!

Not without it's faults but i'm having fun with SF. Excited to see what the future holds for the game.

9.5 out of 10. Haven't had this much fun in a game for a long time. Fun single player but a hell of a lot more fun with a group of 3 friends. Well done devs you've got a real gem here.

Loved the first game and the second even more killy. Sits as one of my top fun shooters and even better with a group of friends. Would pay full price for it again but is an abolsute steal whenever on sale as devs update seasonally and community has a lot of support and content.

A bit rough around the edges but all in all i'm having a good time. Some fun moments, some not so fun. I like that when you die you can just jump into another game in less than a minute. Better with friends but still enjoyable on your own. I was skeptical to buy at first but honestly i'm enjoying this a lot. Looking forward to see what future updates bring.

Literally best RTS ever. To play online you need to download and use "Forged Aliiance Forever". Still play it 6 years on <3

Played the Wii version, it's like that, but this is much harder.

Not what myself and many were hoping for, It's fun in it's own right but I dislike the MOBA style mechanics they've tried to force into the game. I've played EVERY DoW game since the original with THOUSANDS of hours combined (many before the steam versions) and this must be my least favourite of them all. Hopefully the future will be bright for the game and once they've added some more content and game modes I can change my recommendation. I also find it bizarre they tried to make it eSport friendly but didn't add a ranked system. It's either laziness or confusion about the direction they want it to go.



Edit - 18 months later.

Devs have removed support for this game, so not worth buying unless on sale. However, this is in it's own right a decent game, but it falls short compared to the previous generations of dawn of war. If you are on the fence, buy try and refund, but as it has a low player level best bought with friends.

Like any other FPS but you have no idea where you died from. Moral of the story? Get good scrub.

In actual fact, it's a very good game, same buggy engine as ARMA2, just with a bit more glitter. Best served with a helping of friends in comms.

9/10 did not regret spending £40

Like Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege but less fun, more try-hard. I think 60% of players play for the skins.
