For the price of the game I would expect it to be finished, but I guess the state of modern game development is public beta testing all the time. That being said, when the game isn't glitching out, lagging, or freezing it's really fun. It's a constant grind, of course, but the environment is rich and the sounds are sometimes really visceral. The Discord community is extremely active and support may not always solve your problems but they do respond fairly quickly.
