I want to start with this game is a gem I had looked at before but didn't touch it because it was "early access" and a "visual novel" which in the past has left me with some very strange feelings. but while this is early access visual novel is not the right tag for this.

first off to call this a visual novel is an understatement as visual novels I find generally are reading walls of text cut up into boxes as 2d characters sit still with sex appeal as I sit waiting to get flashed every so often before it builds up to sex. this is not that. this game has a lot of interactive areas, the characters on-screen move and breath like they are alive and generally kept me very engaged. the only way to explain how well this game kept my attention was normally after a while I get a feel for a game or it lost my attention after 5 or 10 mins of repeat content, which gives me a general feel for what the game is. but for Paradise Lust, I had to get up to go do yard work and realized I had been playing the game for a full half an hour without realizing it and still wanted to come back. It is just that solid of a game and the story is good too.

So the story is a classic boy meets harem affair which there is a hentai out there called boy meets harem but instead of a boat crash its a plane crash etc etc. but while the premise of one man stuck on an island of sexy women is the only common factor. which is great because the story that has been written is compelling. Also, I want to thank the writer for making a main "loser about to be a winner" character that I don't want to see murdered. I can't tell you how many games I have played where the "loser" character is so irredeemable that I want to see them arrested just for existing.

This game is being so well done I want to see it finished. also if you want to support them you can buy the game but if you wanna take that a step further try there patreon or discord community
