MINDWAVE's demo is a crazy mix of WarioWare-style microgames and Black Mirror meets cyberpunk vibes. It's short, but the premise is super interesting, the pixel art is gorgeous, and the soundtrack is catchy as heck. I'm definitely hyped for the full game!

Gameplay
The gameplay is a total adrenaline rush. The demo's story content is only about 25 minutes (even though it felt even shorter!), but it kept me hooked and wondering what the heck was going on. It was mostly a blast, but I do have to say that the bear platformer and the final boss microgames were a bit frustrating at times because of the controls. Not a huge deal, but they felt a little clunky compared to the rest of the demo.

Soundtrack
The soundtrack is a real highlight. The weirdcore stuff is both creepy and awesome, and the first level's sugary track just perfectly fits the opponent's personality. I was even bobbing my mouse up and down and playing along with the beat – beautifully executed.

Art Style
The pixel art is seriously beautiful. The animations are smooth yet rough(-ish), and the designs are chaotic without being overwhelming. You can tell they put a lot of love into making everything look great.

Endless Mode
The Endless Mode is a great addition. It has a few extra levels that aren't in the story, which are always appreciated. It's a fun challenge and gives you something to do after you finish the demo.

Overall
MINDWAVE is a fast-paced, stylish, and just plain weird experience that's definitely worth checking out. A couple of the microgames could use a little more polish, but the demo leaves you with just the right amount of mystery and chaos to get you pumped for the full release!
