Absolutely beautiful game - short and sweet, but punchy all the way through

It's... fine. No Man's Sky is like Minecraft in space, but it misses a key thing about space IT'S EMPTY!. I don't understand how lore wise I travel to every random planet and they all have a space station, and there's constantly fleets of ships leaving warp. Even if the whole galaxy was explored, why would there be NPCs, buildings, and loot boxes everywhere?

The game also is so clunky on PC and PCVR - the menus require you holding each click, and you can't type numbers (like when trying to sell exactly 100 of something). I'd encourage reading PC Gamer's 2016 review of No Man's Sky, because even though there's a lot more content than since then, it's still got the same fundamental flaws. From that review: "The galaxy may be infinite, but the feeling of discovery is limited."

I'm going to go play Elite Dangerous instead.

Super polished gnarly fun - it's the first VR game in a while that has felt like a workout, but without it being repetitive like a rhythm game. With a variety of weapons and upgrades, each run feels unique and keeps things fresh. You just fight for your life in a mech and enjoy the ride.

Perfect game to play on a sleepy day or on a train ride, absolutely beautiful story telling

Tony Hawk didn't have a shotgun nearly this good, 12/10

Truly an amazing game, with a really well built setting that feels like it's set in a realistic yet intriguing science fiction future. You get to investigate a very compelling mystery with a genuinely startling twist. Tacoma truly feels like a game with something to say that succeeds on every front.

Played with my brother and he KO-d a squirrel while I was flying a plane made out of boxers, 12/10

Best detective game ever, it's as simple as that.

Halo is back, with a solid campaign and an awesome multiplayer. I haven't had this much fun since Combat Evolved.
