Timeless classic.
Easy gameplay, decent physics (especially compared to 1.6) and acceptable graphics for it's age. Runs on old single-core CPU machines as well as on latest high-end rigs and offers many hours of fun.
Rescue hostages, plant or defuse the bomb, or play one of the many mods that are out there. IMHO the legitimate king of the multiplayer-fps.
If you can get it, grab it.
