I was pretty excited to get this game because the concept seemed really interesting. I also wanted to go around and tear some divers up as a shark whenever I felt like it. Unfortunately, I felt like I've crumpled up $15USD, threw it in the toilet, and flushed it down. The novelty of playing as a shark wore off exceptionally quick and contrary to what the store page claims, there is no "single player" to speak of. You can play by yourself against bots, but there is really no point in doing so and hardly counts as to what is usually understood as "single player". I would have just rather it said "multiplayer only".

The graphics and animations are nice, but ultimately, again in my opinion, the game did not bring enough to the table to justify the $15 price tag (sale price) much less the orginal price of $25. I am not absolving myself of all blame, this was one of the rare times I gave into curiosity and bought the game on a whim since it was on sale. I am sorely disappointed I did not do what I usually do and conduct a little research into the game before purchasing. Please learn from my mistake and do not give into your whims merely by how "interesting" or "fun" it sounds. I could have used those $15USD for groceries or gas money.

No problem, sometimes our initial opions are right. I really wish they'd remove the single player tag as it is misleading. I'm loving the hell out of this game and decided I'm pretty much a dedicated diver. Friend me if you want to hook up for some games!

I'll will consider doing as you ask, it's true that I played for less than half an hour. Depth, however, just gave me a really bad first impression and, as with anything in life, first impressions can make or break you. I have been playing video games for a fairly long time and have grown to trust my initial judgement of a game over time, but I understand that can be unfair at times. I really did derive no enjoyment whatsoever during the 15 minutes or so I did play, though, and, additionally, I had something completely different in mind upon seeing the "Single Player" tag on the store page. As I stated in my review, however, the majority of the blame lies with myself, since I neglected to research the game as I usually do.

That being said, you are right, I will attempt to give it another go and if I change my mind, I will gladly remove my review. In any case, I want to thank you for responding with your opinion in a polite and intelligent manner.

I don't want to tell you you're wrong, because you're entitled to your opinion. But...if you give this game some time and struggle through the early hours(like everyone else) you'll find the game is quite entertaining. I noticed you've played less than a half hour.

Once you get the hang of it and some unlocks under your belt, you may feel differently.
