I recommend this game ONLY for Shadow Generations, because if Sonic Team wanted to re-release an old game, at least they could have improved the awful mechanics and control. If you're gonna play this game, go for Shadow version, the other feels like crap.

It's very rare to find companies that work with such heart as Mintrocket did with this game. Every detail have a touch of nostalgic 8-bit atmosphere, with great music and even better gameplay.

10/10.
