Hello,annoying. Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you faced this problem. The mail.ru client is available in the territory of Russia. The international version is my.com. You can also use the Steam version. If your antivirus alerts you, that's a false positive because of the anticheat.
If the game crashes, try the following:
In %Homepath%\Saved Games\My Games\Warface, delete:
HeadsCache\
ModelsCache\
Profiles\
QueryCache\
Shaders\
game.cfg
And start the game.
