Firstly, I've been playing this game solo, Secondly, I have been playing on an Australian server where the other players are extremely chill and nice. I still have that PvP fear without having to fear about being wiped from the map without an opportunity to establish myself. Granted thats mostly due to the server environment. If the environment was a negative one i probably wouldn't have as much fun as i would just be playing solo by myself.
The gameplay loop is mostly just gathering, building, hunting and upgrading. It feels like Diablo but Vampires mixed with Rust/DayZ. There are bosses, PvE environments, magic, skills and fair handful of weapon skills and combat progression that is similar to a Diablo, Path of Exile or Torchlight, combine that feel with a multiplayer survival experience of Rust, Scum or DayZ, where you have to go around and gather a fair amount of resources to progress and build your mighty castle and you have a wonderful concoction for a unique take on the survival game genre.
Unfortunately, due to its current status of it being in Early Access, there are some graphical/program stability problems however, like with Elden Ring, the greatness of the gameplay shines through.
I have not yet had a proper PvP experience yet and will update the review accordingly when that happens.

Ultimately, I give the game a definate recommend and a solid 7/10.

Whilst it has its optimisation issues (as every from softgame does on pc) its an absolute blast to play. I've just been mindlessly exploring and having the absolute time of my live. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that loves fromsoft titles.

Apex Legends got me really interested into the lore that this studio has developed especially with the new Champ, Valkyrie, on the horizon. Even if you buy the game for the story alone it is 100% worth it.

This game so far has been such a fun experience. The story and some of the side quests have been such a nice experience to dive into. The combat is really nice and quite a fun experience. The hacking in the game gives it quite a nice compliment and really helps when trying to do stealth combat. However, i cannot recommend it just quite yet as the optimisation issues and the bugs that are prolific through out the game can make or break the experience for people. I recommend it if you can look past the bugs and stuff but if not i would wait.

After playing so far it's pretty obvious why it's in early access but that still doesn't take away from the experience. I'm have absolutely loads of fun with the game and i've wiped maybe 4 times already lol
