But yeah about climate change, solar energy, wind farms and what not are already being put into place. Just not enough of them at the moment, we do have windfarms here in England.

I do like that discovery of neuroscience though, that adulthood in humans doesn't begin until we are in our 20's. It is something to do with the emotional areas and moral judgment, can't remember the details exactly but their findings were sound.

Courts do need to take this into account when bringing people on trial. And rehabilitation should be considered for all offences committed during teen years or under, excluding serial murders or rapes. People who make poor judgment when they are this young have the greatest capacity for change I think. Compared to adults who do serious crimes and are more likely to do it again.
