You heard that right, while licensed content costs money the original ideas can be unlocked just by playing the game, althought it DOES cost a fair amount of time. Anything that affects gameplay CAN be obtained by luck + time.)

Then my friend you are ready to try this game. It isn't perfect, yet the idea is so intoxicating that even during the two month spell of hating the game you will still LOVE this game. That might sound scary but remember that the devs are actively at work fixing it up and adding more content. Do you desperately want to see Sidney Prescott in this game? Feel free to join other players (like me, please add Sidney, I will buy all the cosmetics I swear) in asking for her. It's genuinely fun. In the worst moments, I'm still excited when they reveal the next character. I feel like that MEANS something. Idk you may see a lot of hateful people, but you will also see those hateful people playing with a ton of hours. I feel like that says something about the quality of the game + improvements.
