At first, I had an amazing experience in my first game. It truly is something special. However, the fact that this game now seemingly is a live service game, I can't recommend it right now. There seems to be no way to play this game offline or via LAN and doesn't have some kind of modding support, which is what the first game was built upon.

Feels like the developers just spat in everyone's face with this decision. Like yeah sure you can make the point of "well you're always online nower days", but what about those times when servers go down, steam goes down, your internet goes down, what if in the future the main servers go down for whatever reason and now you just have this void of a game sat in your library? Because that very well could happen with the way things are going at launch.

I have to state again that this game is great, however it's extremely buggy right now so if you don't mind the whole live service, lack of modding support, low performance and buggy experience, you could pick this up to support the development of this game.

Hopefully this changes in the future, but them saying "we're listening to your feedback!" means absolutely nothing if the main complaints include the fact that there's no offline/modding support will just get ignored.
