I've owned this game for 6 years and still haven't gotten to play it.

Different computers, same result: black screen. If I wanted to play that I'd just turn my computer off and it would have saved me $60.

I don't know why you would enjoy this. It's just a game made to be aggravating and dumb. It's also realllllly boring.

Super unfinished, runs like a $2 meme game and shouldn't be priced for more than that if this is the finished product. It's like a less interesting but more cute Goat Simulator. The recipe minigames are legitimately impossible and the camera angles make everything more frustrating than it should be. The artstyle feels like it should be cute but everything looks so boring in practice with hardly any world details. Most of the gameplay time will be spent going from point A to B because travel is extremely tedious and mounts hardly speed that up. Don't recommend, for this price point you could get a cute game that actually manages to be engaging and fun.

This game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ masterpiece.

It puts Papa's Pizzeria to shame. It's stressful as hell and I love it. There's a lot of variety, tons of levels, and with 24 HOURS in this game I'm only halfway through.

10/10, makes minimum wage fast food service look fun.

One of a few games heavily inspired by Stardew Valley, I'm enjoying this game and think it provides a unique and fun spin on the farming simulator concept.

I think the RPG-style progression is fulfilling and flesh out well, and there is a lot of content in this game to explore. It has a very cute art style, and more customization with different races to play as. There are three main areas to the game, all fleshed out fairly well, and the design comes across as well-executed. It's a fun way to spend the time.

There are a few drawbacks. One, and something that definitely gets more frustrating as time goes along, is it can get VERY grindy. I think the farming is where this stands out the most. For instance, unlike Stardew Valley, which had an extremely useful sprinkler item, this game has no way of automating the crops which makes it very difficult to maintain the farms, especially if you're using all 3 at once.

Additionally, there is so much content here. It's very easy to find yourself having to stop doing one activity altogether so that you can play other parts of the game. Again, farming comes up, because this will quickly become very time-consuming if you want to actually do the farming part of the game.

he characters are also pretty flat, and the relationship progression is very uniform. It doesn't feel especially rewarding to get close to one character.

However, despite all this, it is very enjoyable, and has a lot of good points. I think the flaws can definitely be ironed out in future updates, and would totally recommend playing it.

Thankfully this game wasn't too long... unless you're trying to get all of the achievements, like I did.

Unfortunately the game is super heavy-handed with its messaging, as in it tells you it at the start of the game in a warning and doesn't leave anything up to interpretation like it should've been.

It doesn't matter much in the end though because ultimately by the end of the game you won't care about whatever message they were trying to get across because you've probably sunk several hours into an extremely repetitive grindfest that manages to make things worse in its attempts to create a story.

Boring and grindy gameplay ruins what may have been a great story

Super fun game, I really like it, but it's definitely in early access and has some very frustrating bugs. Dogs getting stuck, the character getting stuck, phasing through objects and walls, and the walls of the play area only being for show are some of these. I'm sure they'll be fixed in due time, but anyone buying should keep this in mind.

A short, simple game that ended up being surprisingly educational for me. I'd recommend it on sale.

The story is easily understood and pretty straightforward, but this game is more about educating the players. Eco funerals and caskets, the dangers of formaldehyde, and exploitation of grieving families are all covered and expanded upon. I know more about how I want to plan my funeral now after playing this, which in this case is actually a positive. I finished it in only two hours, but I'd say it was worthwhile.
