This game just keeps getting better. I love how active the devs are and how much they seem to genuinely love this goofy little game. Its also really fantastic at making falls feel visceral, I love it.

Honestly its so inconsistent, and basically just a micro-transaction storefront, to such a degree that I just wanna emulate Skate 3 and be done with this

Devs seem to really care, and its a total blast.
My favorite part is the dev team likes to remind people that being a fascist is a horrible thing to be

I enjoy what this game has become but I detest how major game producers have used games with a history like No Man's Sky to excuse releasing a crappy buggy mess with the "promise" it will get better with updates

This game is fantastically fun. Even just two newbies fighting looks incredibly shonen. Its intimidating starting your first online match, given there is no com to play against, but just go for it you'll have a blast!

Barony has the sort of depth and odd item effects that you'd expect from classic Rogue style games but in a fast paced first person perspective. Death is always a mistake or two away but there are settings you can adjust to tune the experience.
Tired of starving? Turn off hunger. Keep getting startled (and squished) by boulders? There's an option to remove a lot of them if you like.

The leadership ability is pretty fun to play around with. I had one run where I had four trolls and four demons following my whim and I felt truly unstoppable.

Absolutely loving climbing around the environments while gazing at the massive structures before me

Im playing this game to help prepare me for when Bezos teams up with Boston Dynamics

Generation Zero has probably the best flashlight I've seen in a game. Once I started to get a handle on the combat and how to look for weaknesses and use traps the engagements became very enjoyable, though some of the machines still feel like absolute bullet sponges.

Its not without its bugs and a bit of jank, but if you've got some friends I totally recommend giving this one a try! ^_^

Its remarkably frustrating and sad that such a FUN game to play is completely littered with predatory microtransactions

I used to be one of those hardcore gamers with quick reflexes and whatnot. Recently, due to neurological issues, I've noticed a significant decrease in how quickly I can think and act which can make time limits difficult to deal with.

I have to give Hardspace: Shipbreaker some major props for the "Open Shift" mode they have in this game. With it a player is allowed to play the campaign without a time limit as well as the option to disable the oxygen drain.
That second part is incredible and I absolutely love it. I can play without a hard time limit while still feeling like I should hurry and try to find quicker ways to pull apart the ships. Buying more oxygen means less profit for the salvage, and there are times where I will find myself wedged in a nook when my low oxygen warning goes off.

Thank you for the consideration towards some of your slower fans. I likely could not progress far with the time limit. ^_^
