Some parts of the story are a bit cliche, but apart from that its pretty good. Map is okay. Very good DLC in terms of action though, which makes it worth playing.

DOOM 2016 was a masterpiece, but going back to it after playing Eternal makes it seem like a bad game.
10/10, worth full price.

Amazing story that opens up for various playstyles and different results depending on how you approach it. Very detailed and rich semi-open world aswell.
