After having over 1000 hours of the game, I can say that honestly the game is very good. Updates may not be persistant, but they are working on this game the best they can, these devs came from making a mod to creating this game. It's a little buggy, so what? Yeah this game can piss you off by these bugs as well, but it is still more adrenaline rushing than most things out there. Once you get into a gun fight, your heart starts racing. I'd say the only down side to this game are the hackers (not very oftenly seen anymore) and the people who glitch into blocked off areas of buildings, such as the camo building up at North West Airfield. No other game can truly reflect the experiance you have in this game the same way. It says it's Early Access for a reason. And once more, just because updates aren't persistant, doesn't mean the devs are lousy workers, Again, the were only modders and came out to be devs of a game.

Over all, This game is definatly worth buying for the exclusive experiance you get only from this game. This is still in alpha, and is still better than no man's sky and H1Z1.

With the new 0.60 Update and 0.61 on it's way, this game has only gotten more exciting than the last time. Here is a story... that will only happen in this game. It is very random but, this proves that this game is fun and more than just getting mad at glitches:

I spawn in on a high-pop and try to look for some good gear, or at least enough to attack someone for their gear... But then... I hear my friend yelling around in his mic. He was being chased by at least 10 Fresh Spawns... each one having some sort of a melee weapon. Finaly they cornered him into a building, walking around it shouting some odd chant, and I'm just sitting there watching them do it. They had their hands up and doing the Q&E dance. Then some random dude comes in with an AK and sprays most of the fresh spawns down. There are about 3 left but they ran off hiding. This guy takes my friend hostage and ties him up and takes him into the fire station across from them. (This is in Elektro) Then I hear a womans voice and turns out my friend was being otained by a girl... So here comes those fresh spawns again, except they weren't trying to get my friend... they were after the chick. All of this fighting goes on between Fresh Spawns and this girl and my friend. She had the doors locked and some guy finaly comes in with a chainsaw and hacks at the doors of the fire station. Then I hear some guy yelling like he is a siren from an officers squad car. And he is dressed in a police uniform with a Glock. He shot one of the fresh spawns unconcious, and starts acting like he is crying and the chainsaw dude runs out of the fire station and stares at the cop dude for a good 10 seconds while he tries to wake that fresh spawn up. then out of nowhere the chainsaw guy starts running screaming at the cop dude and starts just wacking the heck out of him. He accidentaly kills the freshspawn instead and starts chacing the cop around. The server was about to restart in ~5 minutes are so. Then out of nowhere a sedan full of people come flying in. Literally flying... and these guys get out and one of them are speaking russian. And they start shooting everyone and are yelling stuff in russian. I'm still sitting in a bush with my crow bar and then out of nowhere one of the russians come up behind me and shoots me unconcious. they keep my friend alive. and they start feeding him human steak. Then the server finaly restarted. just like that. the fun all ended. I couldn't stop laughing that whole entire time. with my friend screaming around and the fresh spawns doing their own thing. That was the most random time I have ever experianced in any game that I have ever played. The whole point of this story, is that there is no experiance like this one. Cod may have it's times I guess but not like this. This wasn't the only odd time I've had in this game. I just though of another random experiance. But I don't feel like typing anymore. and no one has probably even gotten this far. If you did read this all the way, Props mate. I am going to make my first guide pretty soon, of a tactic that has helped me in every situation. This game is reccomended by me because it's a one of a kind experiance.

This game has taken a turn, and If the devs actually do read these reviews, if you are reading this, I mean no offense. This game is becoming too much like another arma game with zombies. I feel there are too many military graded guns in the game, and that the devs are too focused on making pvp larger and making the game for themselves, in other words, they aren't reading what the community wants. DayZ started to take a turn when they released .60, when they changed cherno. We liked the way the game looked before the new renderer. but we also liked the way the game played during the new renderer. so we all gave it a chance. more people came to playing the game, and mor epeople began to build the passion that so many of us had when we first played the game. I lost most of my hope for this game, as they are changing too much, the North West Air Field is going to be changed further than it has been already, North East Air Field has been changed in the worst. the place was a very populated place before it was changed to be civilian. they should leave the known areas untouched, as the players all have asked for. the devs are not listening to their players, their community, and listening to us, is the first step to success. we don't want M249 Saws, we don't want Steyers. We want 30 30's. Civilian. make it into a survival game rather than into another arma game. I hope this review helps you, I cannot reccomend this game in the current state, or in any state for a while, unless they change the cities back, and make things the way they were back when this game was hyped.
