2- They dont steal mod and put as DLC, they buy the models from community members, its the modders decision to sell or not the mod to Kunos, but people have to eat, so its perfectly acceptable for they to sell it
3- Modding in rFactor is completly different, having a workshop doenst mean anything, I would rather have a well sucesfull mod in RaceDepartmant than in Steam workshop. We already know how to mod in AC really well, plus we really enjoy the game, no point in waste months trying to figure it out how to mod in rFactor

Also I really like Assetto Corsa and worked on some of the top mods for it ;)
