play to ch 2 mission 2 and play that mission, its quite few hours in. but man that was a treat. I just completed it, and wanted to say this.
I hope the game throws more missions like that my way, and I will have a good time. nya~

Finally a waifu shooty game thats good

played a few hours in the campaign, 1 operation(co-op)
its great. I never played a warhammer 40k video game or anything from this universe really.
I understand now.

The world feels massive, while in area of square meter its not the same size as original game, it feels about the same size anyways. much to explore and variety. Makes me want to replay the game multiple times now with the massive amount of playstyles this game offers.

UI is unfinished mess. but game is still in development

Otherwise great old school settlers like game. (settlers 2-4)
The combat units are controlled like settlers 2 sort of.. You can decide where they go in a pretty generous area around their guard tower. but its so messy.
You have 3 different types of units that can be in a guard tower:
Guards(works like pioneers in settlers but can defend themself but weak)
soldiers, (your lvl 1-3 combat unit)
Rangers (your thief catcher, which will be the main concern)
This game hostility the enemies so to say, is a constant barrage of bandits and stealth thiefs stealing your stuff. bandits will scare you carriers making them drop their stuff, and bandit will carry it away. stealth thiefs comes in an army only rangers can "detect" them, your eyes aswell but even if your eyes detect them, your guards and soldiers will ignore them thinking they are your own citizen. There are some monster types aswell, spectres and warewolfs. causing different types of problems for your problem solving skills.
so far the game does not have any "PvP" so to say, your enemies is never a different settlement to yours, its always "PvE", bandit camps raiding you, ghosts, etc. maybe different player vs cpu settlement is planned idk. that would be cool. although not sure if current design was ever thought of to do that.

Its good. unique. rogue like town builder.

You choose volume instead of brightness as first option in the game. 10/10

The less pre order bonus the better, and this is pretty much nothing, 3 days early is okay.

Totalbiscuit once in a time really enjoyed this game, praised its tutorial, art. it just to be quite special this game.
But then they hop on a trend that is very dangerous for creative people around the world.
