This is, without a doubt, the greatest open world exploration game i have ever played. The sheer dedication of the dev team to make this masterpiece out of false promises and massive shortcomings is proof that if a project is loved enough, it will prosper.

playing this game is like being in an abusive relationship

its good

There is just zero sense of balance
The enemy always starts with the enite tech tree unlocked while you have to slowly progress through it
The AI on your side always makes the worst desicions like snipers rushing into head on combat or tanks running away from infantry units
The enemy ai however, always hits any artillery shot especially if its your very expensive tanks, always ahead of you since they have the entire tech tree at their disposal.
This and the fact that you lose on the defensive after 10 minutes passes, which is just plain stupid since you are trying to prevent the enemy's advance

They weren't wrong

actually cleaned up the bot problem in one of their biggest cashcows

the game is so well made it decides for me when i should stop playing

i got so strong i could one shot a dogman to death and then i died by a random guy that punched me in the head once
10/10 would lose 2 hours of progress again

While the grind could get boring it is certantly a good game to play if you want a casual experience

the greatest individual focused colony simulator, worth every buck except for the full price dlc's definetely wait for a sale for those (especially anomaly never buy that full price)
