I'm not the biggest turn-based RPG fan; The last time I enjoyed something of the like was playing Shadow Hearts 2 on PS2 waaay back, and literally the first 5 minutes of FF10. This game has absolutely stolen my heart though, with its extremely impressive visuals, highly satisfying gameplay and narrative, and my GOD, the music.

I literally haven't been able to play another game while I've been going through this campaign, and I play Warframe and FF14.


- The writing is amazing, and every character feels fully realised.
- The combat feels interactive even while staying true to its turn-based roots.
- The locations and art style and direction are just stunning and you get to visit one of the prettiest areas I've ever seen in any RPG of recent years The Flying Waters
- THE MUSIC. If I was rating this game on the music alone it'd still be a 10, if not more.
