After every update, playing this game is harder. Every update is crashing this game.

After the latest update, i can't join the game. The system finds a match and shows the hero selection screen, but i don't even see the hero icons and can't perform any actions. Afterward, i get kicked out of the game with a 5-minute ban. The second time, it's 15-minute, the third time half an hour, and then i lose all desire to play. My DOTA PLUS subscription was canceled. I can't handle this game anymore.
