Early Access Review
Alright so... No More Room in Hell 2

Where should i start.. Its had probably one of the most roughest launches ive ever bared to witness, almost an even worst train wreck launch than PAYDAY 3, Server sided problems, rubberbanding zombies, mostly sprinters, there some overall jankness thats still in the game, and with all these problems it would push away most of its playerbase, unless you're like me and a small group of players that cant stand to pry our fingers off this game, due to its uniqueness of gameplay, theres a sort of element thats like a PvE Battle Royale, where everyone spawns separated from your group members, RNG can weigh on your options in terms of loot and map location, and overall with No More Room in Hell even in the first game, it has that.. uniqueness to bring those George A. Romero type zombies into a game which not a lot of other zombie games would create, the game does well to capture those cinematic moments like Night of the Living Dead and the rest of its later movies, the zombies can vary from slow sluggish shamblers to fresh howling sprinters which spices up the combat in its moments. This game 100% has potential if the developers crack down on a few bits of its jank gameplay, but everything else is great! Theres the equipment, medical items and other utility equipment that aid you on your journey through the zombie infested night, but i wouldnt turn down for more content after its received its tweaks. As of now they've improved on the server related issues, but still need to polish up the gameplay

With a short summary out of the way, i'll write down the bros and cons so far in my experience (May edit things along the way)

Pros;
+ Spooky atmosphere that'll overwhelm the player, the ambience, the zombies growling, sounds just around the corner that will loom you with dread
+ The Rural Map (And the only one so far) with the Power Plant in the middle has the perfect.. Zombie theme, a sort of countryside forest area which you'll come across Gas Stations, Park Ranger Stations and even Trucker Pit Stops, would love to see an Urban/City map in the future!
+ Character Skills, When you first play No more room in hell, you'll be generated with a character who will be either a Soldier, a Surgeon or even a Courier, coming with their own perks usually revolving around their former career, Soldier with an expertise with guns, a Surgeon with Blades and Dismemberment and Courier for hauling more items etc.
+ Permadeath, This is a good feature! Always keeps you on your toes on your next mission, not wanting to lose your favourite survivors, and it'll even give you a chance to try out new characters with new skills! Almost adds a rogue-like element to the game, however i feel like there should more character slots and even respawn tokens
+ Weapons, Pretty good arsenal of weaponry so far! But can always use more weapons and tools!
+ Objective Minigames, Fixing the fusebox, picking a lock or trying to align the gauges feels fun and simple! Good minigames to do when you have a horde of zombies approaching you from behind

Cons;
- Some Zombie Behaviours, This is my only major complaint, I dont mind zombies being unpredictable sometime, but some of them have some pretty jank attacks, Regular shamblers will usually do this very very VERY long 20 step lunge attack that'll hit you, seemingly always doing it when im not looking, idk if thats some sort of weird mechanic where zombies do some sort of quick movement when you think you have all the time in the world to do a minigame, this is even worse with the new Red Eye zombies, they're like regular zombies but stronger. This isnt the only zombie too, the sprinters can be very very janky, the definition of it, very twitchy and jittery bastards that will run back and forth sometimes.
- Only 1 Map, Its a good map! But do wish there was another change of scenery!
- No Incentive, Like.. Theres an account level, then your character level, and after every game you'll earn some exp for your account level, but why? Why am i levelling my account level, i dont know what im unlocking as of it, If there were cosmetics /unlockables involved i may be convinced to play more eagerly!
- Needs Respawn (Token), It would make the game trivial, but at least for low difficulty games add in some sort of revival like in the No More Room in Hell 1
- Forced Difficulty, You cannot choose the difficulty, you'll be placed in whatever scales to everyone's character level
- No Character Voice Commands, Sometimes i dont wanna use the mic nor do i have time to type on the keyboard, hoping they add voice commands in the future things like 'Need Ammo!' or 'Need Meds!'

Conclusion, This game is what they'd say a Diamond in the rough, it has a really good core foundation to have fun playing, it just needs a bit of dustin' off, Hell PAYDAY 3 had a atrocious launch and now they're slowly bloomin' back, hoping Torn Banner can make a comeback too, slowly but surely! Theres not many fun zombie multiplayer games out there thats like this game, which i'll be following closely with every update!
