water mechanism killed this game

Humanitz has quietly evolved into a standout survival experience since its Early Access release. The content of the first demo was shallow, but the game has seen significant improvements, making now a great time to jump in. With tons of lootable content and deep exploration, it scratches that open-world survival itch perfectly. The developers have done a great job refining mechanics and expanding gameplay elements. One thing that really stands out is how much more satisfying it is to finally fire your weapon compared to Project Zomboid. In most zombie survival games, you just hoard weapons but rarely use them because of harsh penalties or overwhelming consequences.

Here, however, Humanitz strikes a great balance giving you the freedom to actually shoot without immediately dooming yourself. Combat feels impactful and rewarding, making fights way more engaging.
That said, I’d love to see the map expand further and introduce more sandbox mechanics like towing vehicles, aircrafts, mortorcycles, boats to build a proper car collection and more, similar to Project Zomboid. If they keep up this pace, HumanitZ could become a top-tier survival game. Definitely worth checking out atm!

The Game has a lack of meta progression! Solo play not so rewarding like Hades and other etc.

I enjoy the pure gunplay and movement in this game more than Warframe and Destiny 2. All other things are done by the company behind it, if the state of progression and loot, maps and content made the pure movement or gunplay worse than it actually is, that's nothing right now. But what it is at the moment is mindless but addictive gunplay and if you like grinding and shooting things with 120 bpm music blasting in your ears, it's a good choice.

Nice Feeling, Hard to master, the free version is too limited atm!
