have over 100 hours cant play ranked becuase of error code "rainbow six siege connection failure {2-0x0000c015} 70 9cc16f6dfbeac1" i constantly get. ive tried numuros things to fix it but to no avail it makes the game unplayable still

Hi bluewambat4! I understand that you've been unable to play Ranked due to the 2-0X0000C015 error message. Have you ever been able to play Ranked mode? Since I'm not sure what troubleshooting you have tried so far, I'd like to recommend the PC steps from this guide[support.ubisoft.com] about this particular error.

Should the issue persist, do not hesitate to reach out on support.ubi.com and provide your system files[support.ubisoft.com] and forwarded ports[support.ubisoft.com] screenshot so that the technical team can further look into this with you!
