Aw, don't we love our consoles personified as cute anime girls? Yeah, Nepnep.

I remembered how Neptunia blew into popularity when this remake of the original 2009 PS3 game came out, with the anime just came out few years before its eventual port on Steam, so I joined into this game clueless (yeah, I didn't watch the anime nor did I know that this game already came out on PS3 years before) and I didn't regret single bit of taking a jump into this.

From my experience of playing this game, I enjoyed most of its 4th wall breaking jokes and how they took the whole console war in a comedic way, while having a strong story writing and interesting in-game lore that made this game so enjoyable to me, and never had I expect this franchise to grow so strong.

My complaints for this game was mainly on its rather harsh grinding and some parts were so repetitive that it felt like a chore. But regardless, I still regard this as one of the best anime JRPGs I've ever played.
