This is a much better spiritual successor to Diablo II than Diablo III.
Do you like FF7's materia system and wish gem socketing worked like that?
Do you like FF10's skill web, and the freedom to expand your given class outside of a predefined path?
Do you like games where the microtransactions are for vanity skins and don't result in a pay to win feel?

This is the game for you.

Con: It's not City of Heroes.
Pro: It's not Champions Online.
Verdict: Worth giving it a go and see if it fits for you.
