Actual Based Invader

You have to go into the config in order to join seamless co-op anyway. The password config is at the bottom of the file and the invader option is at the top. The author of the mod assumes everyone will read the settings before engaging in online play ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

thanks for saying that but in any case I have questions for the creator of the mod, why should I go into the config to turn off invasions

There is literally an option to turn of invasions at the top of the seamless co-op file
ersc_settings.ini -> allow_invaders = 0
