I was expecting a game that would be as fun as SR, but it's not this one
The gameplay is repetetive, the city is very dead, the soundtrack (radio) either sucks or doesn't exist, depends on the car you're driving, the story isn't good
The only good side is the references to the Saints Row series and a few returning characters (Pierce as Kingpin, Oleg as Yeti, and Johnny Get as himself)

It takes up a whole lot of space (65 gigs, as much as GTA V!) and the changes aren't THAT noticable...

Played it on my Samsung Galaxy S3 back when it came out, imported the save game to my LG G4 and continued, now I'm playing it on my PC, and I've cleared off some valuble space on my LG G4

+ SOUNDTRACK!!!
+ Story
+ Lincoln Clay, love this guy!
+ Did I mention the soundtrack?

Cons:
- The graphics are really bad (I'm sure that my aging 'gaming' PC isn't the only one to blame for it)
- Runs 'meh' even on low settings - laggy framerate, texture pop in's and out's
- The gameplay is kinda repetitive
