Don't remember the last time i enjoyed a competitive FPS game this much. It really is unique and fun.
The only downside is the cash shop and monetization which is a bit shady and overpriced and the servers sometimes feel like 10 tickrate or hitreg issues.
Apart from that, very fun game, insane fun with friends and cool mechanics/playstyles

I simply cannot recommend this game to anyone who has at least some decent standard for simracing games on a proper wheel setup.

This game has so many technical issues I had to go through that I have not seen or experienced in any other sim racing game and I have played them all at this point. The input wizard does not work, you cannot assign buttons, you need to mess with steam controller driver, then configuration resets etc. After 1 hour of messing with this I finally got it to working, "somewhat" the next thing that strikes you is absolutely HORRIBLE UI and menu, the worst I have seen in years. Its not intuitive, its not inovative ,its just pure sh*t. Ok here we go, maybe the racing part is good, thats why i bought it right?

Hell no, its MEDIOCRE at best, sound effects, sense of speed, physics, car controls, everything is average, this game does nothing better than Automobilista 2 or iRacing or Assetto corsa.

The worst part is force feedback, it is ok when it actually works, but it is so inconsistent its driving me crazy, some cars have it nice, some dont have FFB at all, this is unacceptable. You need to restart game 3 times and save new FFB settings for it to be applied and then, just maybe, sometimes....it works.

The game is not entirely bad, dont get me wrong, there is a nice selection of cars and tracks, some physics and FFB is done well if it actually works, but overall this is a frustrating experience and i wouldnt recommend this to anyone interested in simracing, you can basically get twice as much from any other racing sim out there without the issues that this game comes with.

There is no reason in 2021 to get into rfactor 2 when you can get everything improved somewhere else.

Huge disappointment for me. Having played and loved ETS2 and ATS i wanted a BUS sim game, this one seemed to be quite praised so i bought it, graphics are mediocre its not a new game but that does not bother me that much. You cant use clutch and H shifter, engine sounds are terrible, AI is sort of okay but could be better. The economy and navigation system is quite simple and outdated, game has performance issues and often freezes and program is not responding after ending a fare on RTX 3080 i9 9900k so i gave up.
Cannot recommend this game, if you want a decent SIM look elsewhere

Having played most of the driving sims out there on full wheel setup with H shifter, handbrake etc. I must say this one was the most disappointing one.
- The graphics are mediocre, not that bad but definitely not up to standards, its bloom and blurry textures, very low pixel count on most textures
- COntrols are horrible bus drives like on ice, unresponsive steering on wheel, you cant use H shifter or Clutch, theres 3 gears, reverse, neutral and forward
- Clumsy AI , cars blocking ,stoping, making stupid mistakes and making your experience much worse
- Roads are not well designed, they are narrow, uphill with non logical apexes
- The economical campaign mode is chaotic and confusing
- A sim game that focuses on realism, driving and BUS experience delivers the worst I have seen in all 3 areas is in my opinion a very bad product.
Dont even bother to try this game, if you want a decent bus sim go for BUS SIM 18/21 or "The Bus" and stay away from this one, i cant refund it cause i bought it somewhere else, but this game is not worth more than $5.99

EDIT: I gave this a second chance just because i cant believe it would be this bad, and unfortunately it is that bad, in 2 jobs out of 5, traffic got stuck in the road where i was headed, i stayed in the traffic jam for 15 minutes, cars didnt move, the AI is horrible and i had to abandon the order. 1 car went into center and stopped, this happened 2 times, what a piece of cr*p

This game has one of the best graphics and visual effects and character customization from all MMORPGs on the market, but also is the biggest pile of garbage i have played in last 15 years from this genre.
The combat feels clunky, repetitive quests, mindless grind, game runs like ♥♥♥♥ on both highest and lowest settings on i9 9900k and rtx 2080, stuttering, freezing, lags, movement is horrible, interface is optimised for consoles and is chaotic, notifications, pop ups, game is a total mess. I understand someone might enjoy this but for 90% of people who appreciate a good MMORPG such as WoW, LOTRO, TERA, GW2, SWTOR etc stay away from this game, dont even bother downloading it, you will be disappointed

Played Warsow back in the day, Warfork is genuinely better version of Warsow with modability, hardcore competitive feeling, great optimisation, endless game modes and fast paced action, if you like arena shooters like Quake, Unreal tournament, SHootmania, Reflex etc you are going to love warfork as it combines the best of all and movement here is absolutely flawless :)

This game is not for the short run...its a way of gaming, its a way of life, it is a passion for competetive e-sport....once you go deep in this, theres not a single other game out there that could satisfy you this much.

EDIT for 2019: The game is dying, turned to F2P, waves of cheaters came in, game is unbalaced, not fun to play, i spent 12 years playing CS series, it breaks my heart to see the end, to see it die :/

EDIT for 2023: Game is more alive than ever, most issues apart from cheaters are fixed, Source 2 is coming, TIME TO PLAY AGAIN! its been 20 years and this is still the best FPS out there!

EDIT for 2024:
After playing this game for 25 years, i have to for first time ever, write a negative review and cannot recommend this to anyone, the game has no functional anti-cheat, no content, no roadmap, Valve does not communicate to the community anything, basically the company does not push any updates that would fix the game.

It is literally unplayable due to the amount of cheaters on Valve official servers, premier is a joke, netcode and hitreg is a joke, if you want to play a match you need to go to the external platforms such as faceit.
Every match above 15k ELO is a HvH cheatfest.
Do not play the game, do not buy the cases and keys, do not buy the skins!
It is ridiculous for a company ofthe size and revenue that Valve has to treat their game this way.

They basically use the talented creators from the community for their games and profit from it. - 1.3 and 1.6 was a half life MOD, Valve acquired it and profited
- CSS was made by valve and it was trash
- CSGO was developed by a third party and Valve acquired it and profited
- Skins and maps are designed by comm,unity and Valve adds them to the game and profits
- CS2 was developed by Valve and it is...once again...complete garbage
Do you see the problem? they do not care, they do not put any effort in, they just profit from other people's work.
CSGO was nearly perfect, for CS2 we asked for 3 things, anticheat, 128tick servers and maps to be added, what did we get?
Less content, less maps, ♥♥♥♥ subtick and no anticheat.
Good ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ job Valve!
