Cons:

* Unbalanced (there are items/vehicles that are OP)
* P2W (people just spend real money to get ingame money and buy those OP vehicles/items)
* A LOT of cheaters (you will encounter at least 1 in most online sessions)

Pros:
* A lot of content
* You can run over people with your cool ride
* It's hell-a fun even 30 years after release

If you haven't yet tried Counter-Strike before - don't try it. It's like starting to drink coffee or starting smoking for the first time.. Better to have never started so that then you wouldn't have to put in the effort to quit or find something better to replace it with. For the rest of us who have been playing since 1.6 we have no other choice but to play this abomination since most other shooters in the market are very different. This is an esport game, not a regular run&gun shooter like COD or BF, so it has its charm & replay-ability.
Compared to CS:GO this is definitely an improvement on the graphics & physics side. However, there are a few MASSIVE drawbacks to the game that make it pretty much impossible to enjoy:

1 - Matchmaking does not work. 9 times out of 10 you will get matched with players with wildly different ELO/MMR scores.
2 - Russians. In any match that is not played in NA you have 6-8 russians. Russians are extremely bad at the game & are very toxic. This is purely a team game, if one or two players on your team are clueless you have little-to-none chance of winning. There is no way to NOT get matched with russians.
3 - Cheaters & Account buying. It's very common to get matched with a person who has high elo but is clueless in the game. So it's either a bought account or an account which was boosted with cheats. This happens in 9 out of 10 games.

I still play it, but I hate most of the time :)

In short - it's a running & exploit simulator.

Longer version:
If you're looking for a survival game with base building mechanics - look elsewhere. This is fortnite with respawns & wipes every week/month. The game is very buggy & full of various exploits and glitches. Maps are generally small and you can only have fun if you enjoy spawn killing people or if you actually live in this game and know every single mechanic and how to abuse it, because if you don't you will get owned by someone who does. I've given this title a chance on several occasions over the years but every time i end up with the same thoughts.

Overall its a very unfriendly game for either casual players or new players so I could not recommend this to anyone who has not tried it. There are better titles in the same category so my suggestion would be to look elsewhere and leave this one to the people who really love this game and play it daily for years.
