Although the game has some faults, mostly due to the higher ups and not the devs who put loving and hard work into this game I still feel obligated to give this game a positive review. Maybe because of the review bombing made by people who barely played or were just casuals. I've loved Overwatch since it came out for public beta testing. I grew to love the cast and the world. I was very into this game for the first year it came out. Although my actual skill couldn't show for it, I was obsessed with everything. I played about 361 hours total before it came out on steam (I plan on syncing it up after steam replay is done counting). I bought loot boxes (I miss them), I had the merchandise, I even dressed up as a character for Halloween. But the lore was my absolutely favorite part of the whole game. Over and over again I, as a fan, was promised lore which was poorly delivered or delayed. Even now that is still a problem. The invasion DLC gave me hope for the first time in years... even if it was only three missions long. I will be here in the sidelines rooting for the characters to be able to shine even if it's not through the original intended ways.
