This games dope!

One of the most amazing experiences watching your city grow from a very small town to a bustling city 10x the orginal size chock full with different transportations, roadways, buildings and industries. Turning your orginal 70k starting city into a multi-million dollar city. It's incredibly fun to watch and super easy to design the city that you'll be planning out from the very minute you start this game.

Really why is this game so easy? Its frustrating to get everything in the first hour maybe two hours of playing... On the hardest difficulty I was blowing through enemies like I was Rambo. Not to mention my guy was decked out with legendaries by level 10..... What...? Power armor in the first 10 mins... What? Settlement in the first 10 mins... What? Just why? theres no need. Make me work for it, make it an RPG, make my character feel like I'm actually doing something and effecting the world, that I'm making a story through my actions not the games. All the side quests suck, maybe a few cool ones here and there (the old robot ship comes to mind) but the story is just plan predictable and boring. In an RPG (which I thought this was) I dont do the main story until I've explored and found things on my own. I find that way more exciting, I don't want to be someone important from the start. I want to make my guy important through my actions, starting from nothing and developing myself. Honestly, I never disliked the shooting in Fallout 3 or New Vegas because I knew VATS was the real way to kill things. I don't really like what they did with the shooting, this isnt a FPS its a RPG. Just go play Fallout 3 or New Vegas if you want a real RPG and a closer fallout experience to the originals.

Outer Worlds FTW

I just don't know, this game was great in the beginning as you didn't know what to expect. It has great character VO, story, enviorment, art style, cool interactions (I loved how you got to choose what to say at spots), but it just didn't have much there after the first hour. Its very much on rails, you can't really go off the path and experience anything interesting... thats what I was hoping for when buying this game, a bit more meat around the bone. I would have loved to be in the game longer and been able to explore different areas on my own and actually fire watch or survive. You're suppose to be in this enviroment away from civilizaton for months but it doesn't really feel like that. It's a great game that falls victim to a strict storyline with no alternate endings or other things to do. It doesn't even have exploration you're just told where to go, what to do and how to do it.
