A relaxing and charming management sim! This game has just the right amount of shop sliders and happiness goals that you would find in a typical park sim, without being over-complicated. Just a chill game to play to wind down.

What an absolute gem of a platformer! There is no failure, you can go back and pick up all the items and friends you missed after endgame, and the plot is lighthearted yet endearing. While the dialog is very kiddish, there is plenty of character depth and emotion behind each person you meet. Overall Lil'Gator is a fun escape from the monotony of adult life... which is the entire point of the game!

If you enjoy your hard core RPGs, with their heavy plots and punishing combats and skill checks, you need this game! Like me, you could probably use to remember what it was like to just "play" in a world where a stick is a sword and the quests are made up on the spot.

Absolute gem of a card game. The co-op in fun and engaging, with the different decks/characters working together with combos to advance further into the game's adjustable difficulties. The option of playing it as the initial card-buy system or as a draft style deck builder add to the replay ability of the game as well. The various paths and decisions you make along the way also keep the game play from becoming repetitive, incentivizing you to take different characters to see what other story and path options are available that you did not have before.

I am so happy to have played this game last year with my Devolver MaxPass Plus subscription, I could not have expected it to have been this amazing once I was able to fully experience the memories of the play through today! Nina and her team at DD, as well as Daniel from Mullins Games are nothing short of Elon Monk level genius!

"Sorry, only have a card" is a line I have said so many times to people begging for change. While most often I was being truthful, the words still ring in my ears. This... experience, as I hesitate to call it a game because it seems demeaning, is an eye opener. One we should all have, honestly. Change does not "feel good", and it shouldn't. However, it offers a glimpse into what could be a pit for any of us. Depression, bad fortune, addiction, any number of factors could cause us to lose everything. The question is, do we lose our compassion and our humanity as well? Thank you to the developers who poured their time and effort into sharing what many of us would simply overlook when confronted with in person.

Early Access Review
This is, by far, my favorite couch co-op game in my library! Despite a few bugs (no pun intended) and glitches here and there, the game play is fun and fairly smooth. The pacing is frantic at times, but even if things go wrong you can lose a few rooms and regroup. This keeps everyone in the game, no matter their skill level. Perfect for gaming and non-gaming family and friends alike!

Gold Peaks is a good puzzler using card based movement fit to a miniature golf theme. In a way, it reminds me of another favorite, Divide by Sheep. I only wish there were less tutorial puzzles. There seems to be three easy puzzles each time a new element is added. I seriously hope more puzzle content is added!

This is a faithful adaptation of the tabletop game, with one flaw. The card art is perfect, the tokens are much more manageable, and the set up and take down time is eliminated. That one flaw, though, is the multiplayer expansion limitation.

I would 100% reccommend the base game, especially the 5 Pack if you have a group who game regularly. As the main purveyor of games for my friends I have no issue with paying the less than $10 price per copy when the tabletop version would cost me the same or more. However, if you play with a group, think twice on the Season Passes unless your group EACH buys a copy for themselves. Unlike many other multiplyer titles, you don't have the ability to "share" your expansions as a host.

Still, it is a fun and challenging title. If it's one you've played at the table you would certainly enjoy it on Steam!

The wall mounted traps and the ability to use map elements to your advantage is a rather refreshing take on the usual tower defense. While not a short game in just a normal playthrough, the challenge the achievments present give this $10 game more hours of enjoyable content than many at twice the price! I found myself both cursing and loving the 60+ hours it took to get add this to my list of perfect games.

One of the best adventure puzzle games I have played in ages! Reminds me of the old Swords and Serpents title that I loved so much. This is one of the few titles I have played though, only to immediately start again!

Update: Even after having beat the game on every difficulty and obtaining every achievment, this is still one of my favorite games to revisit.
