@Pika! Pika!: In your case it's probably that your comment was missed by the mediator who declined the trade, and the offer was considered without the 2 TF2s. It was also made to a new user (low number of completed offers) and you were offering a key that might come from a mass giveaway, so it was looked at with a more critical eye than usual.
But indeed, based on gg.deals value, it's a balanced offer. Feel free to send it again - apologies for the inconvenience.

Bart-ee, thanks for helping new traders out, but some of the moderation makes no sense. I have an acceptance rate of 38% to 40% incoming and outgoing trades over more than 1800 trades and I offer Remnant: From the Ashes + 2 TF2 keys for the Iceborne DLC and it gets declined. I do not mind if the trader declines the offer for any reason, but the prices are not unfair in any way whether you'd check gg.deals or allkeyshop and thus this should not be a reason for a moderator decline. I doubt you can find anyone with 1000+ trades at Barter who considers that a rip off. You can also look at the prices Iceborne is traded at the bundle splits at Steam Group Buys. I have always used Barter just fine and generally trade to expand my own library. I am not sure this moderation helps more than it hurts as it seems to affect experienced traders as well. It is not just is there to protect new traders as I see by the new strange trade disclaimers by many long time traders.

Have voted to remove all them -rep on steamtrades. Kid gets a free key > Wants full price for it > Get's upset when moderator call's him out being a sharking piece of ♥♥♥♥. Good job
