Older players like me get the nostalgia wave and feel compelled to climb up the attic, dust their old consoles and pop some ol' games in.

The point is that sometimes old games look and play good only in your memory, and, as a matter of fact, the 1995 PlayStation you're playing with has less processing and graphic power than the 1500$ iPhone you got in your left pocket.

Resident Evil 2 Remake lets you have your cake and eat it.
Enjoy the game you feel nostalgic about just the way you remembered.

It's a white lie, but boy it feels good to believe that.

If you're okay with self gas-lighting and you like a good game, then RE2 remake is for you.
If you never played the Resident Evil saga, then this game is for you.
