Yeah I'm pretty sure it's gone for good. They reset my 2fa and backup codes without having my password or access to my email or devices. I've been trying to get it back but discord support won't do anything. They said this can happen if they get your authentication token somehow, like from a connected app. So beware of app connections I guess.
