BE WARNED Ubisoft support won't help you if you have any problems & the discord refuses to help with any support even going as far as setting messages times to TWO HOURS IN THE GEN CHAT. I will NEVER buy another Ubisoft game.
LET THIS COMPANY BURN TO THE GROUND

Hi there and my apologies for the delay in getting back to your review here. I'm very sorry that you've been encountering some issues with Rainbow Six Siege lately and that you have had a hard time getting in touch with our support. If you have submitted a support case[www.ubisoft.com] please know that we've had a very high amount of contacts recently but our agents are working hard to answer everyone as quickly as possible. That being said, you may see a bit of a delay in response on your case. As for Discord, the two hour slow mode is set for when one of the support members needs help controlling the chat so that way they can get back to everyone. However, the two hour slow mode should only be in our general-chat under 'Ubi Lounge' which is not a space that provides a lot of support. For assistance with Rainbow Six Siege on Discord I would navigate to the siege-player-support channel as that is where other support staff members should be able to assist you. If you are not seeing the Rainbow Six channels then you may need to add them via the 'Channels & Roles' section which is at the top left of the screen when on PC.

Also, in the meantime, while I do not know the nature of the issue you are encountering, I would like to see if I can provide some generic troubleshooting where you can follow whichever steps fit best.

If this is a connection issue:
- Clear the cache in Steam
- Clear the cache in Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com]
- Complete our connection guide[www.ubisoft.com]
- Check your NAT type[www.ubisoft.com]
- If you are using Wi-Fi, please also review our guide here[www.ubisoft.com]
- Forward the ports for the game

- Run Microsoft's System File Checker tool[support.microsoft.com] to repair any missing or corrupted files
- Reinstall the supporting software[www.ubisoft.com] for the game
