It's not Fallout. It's a survival game set in an incredibly atmospheric alt-history version of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. If you're expecting it to be an RPG like Fallout, then you'll be disappointed. But if you enjoy Fallout's post-apocalypse style and atmosphere, then you'll like this game. Just be prepared to die a whole hell of a lot.

Think of it like an improved version of the first three S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. Play those first!

This game is awesome. I listen to audiobooks or watch tv shows while working in the shop stocking shelves and placing orders for new product. Opening card packs is addictive.

This game is calming, yet tedious. Been waiting years for a simulator like this, and it delivered. But be warned... the gameplay itself can be annoying like any simulation game eventually: disassembling and reassembling a gun, walking over to the computer to order parts, sandblasting and dipping rusted parts, and making new parts. It's amazing the first few times for each new gun, but slowly starts to get repetitive, like farming.

I enjoy that aspect of the game, because it's relaxing and hypnotic, just like the real thing. Creating and customizing the weapons is great, but I wish there was more variety at this time. I've played Gun Club VR, so that kind of skews my experience to this game.

It's simple: You like Stardew Valley? Then you'll like Sun Haven. Guaranteed.

Great game! Fun, atmospheric, creepy... you can get lost in the world. And the mod scene is decent too.

Amazing game that's super awesome to experience. But only when there's not hackers. The devs have absolutely no handle on the frequent game-ruining hackers that plague every session. With no option to find a private server, I'm going to tell you pass on RDO. If that's fixed in the future, or they finally get rid of the hackers, then there's an enjoyable game under here.

Basically a re-skinned Fallout 4/76. If you like the gameplay of those, except mixed with Mass Effect's and No Man's Sky's gameworld and mechanics, then this is the game for you. I already have more side quests than I can complete in a lifetime.
