1 cup all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions
Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk milk and eggs; pour over flour mixture, and whisk gently to combine (don't overmix). Gently whisk in butter.
Following manufacturer's instructions, cook waffles until deep brown and crisp. (For a standard waffle iron, pour a generous 1/2 cup of batter into center, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edges, and close; waffle will cook in 2 to 3 minutes.) Serve warm, with maple syrup and butter, as desired.

2-3 ripe peeled bananas
1/3 cup of melted butter
1 cup of sugar
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of flour
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celcius.
Mash the bananas then throw in butter
Mix in baking soda + salt + stir in sugar + beaten egg + vanilla extract + flour
Pour batter into a loaf pan
Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celcius
Take out of oven after an hour
Slice finished product then eat until cool
