I don't know why they called it Slime Rancher, because you barely even touch Slimes in this game, it's almost entirely grinding and gathering resources over and over. It takes forever to go anywhere or craft anything. Take it from someone who enjoyed the first game, this is so grindy and boring.

BORING, you wander around some disjointed maps, that aren't connected by gates but instead these portals which just feels kinda lazy from a world perspective. they are also very small and once you begin to get excited about exploring an area you get teleported to another way too soon.
There isn't a clear goal and no sense of progression, you just forced to explore and look for "echoes'. the new slugcat is also focus more on stealth, with its new cloaking ability, as a player who likes to play aggressively, its not fun for me, especially since alot of enemies seem overpowered or unkillable to compensate.
Some of the new enemies and animals are interesting, i just wish they put them in a proper interconnected environment.
I love the original game and downpour but playing this is such a boring slog, i do not recommend.

Extremely fun but simple hack and slash. The rouge-like aspect gives it enough replay value to keep you coming back. Very much a "just one more round" type of game.

Unironically a better 40k game than Darktide.

Be warned, this isn't the original "Purble Place" from Windows 7, but a remake in Unity. If you just want the game and don't care about Steam achievements and such, all Windows 7 games can be downloaded and played on Windows 10/11 for free here. [winaero.com]

The game uses "Dice" as a singular noun, it's so annoying that it's unplayable.

A pipe puzzle style game about making donuts.
The art style is visually appealing and it has a great soundtrack. I was a bit hesitant about the price at first, but after seeing the vast amount of levels it contains, it has definitely earned that price point.
It also has ICUE integration, if you're into that kind of thing, unfortunately didn't work for me as i have an older version of the software.
I can guarantee this game will make you want a donut.

50 well crafted levels, adorable art and cute cats.
If you have a hankering for sokoban, i recommend this one.
