My first encounter with Deviljho (Joe) went like this.

I tried Light Bowgun with slice ammo, carted after 20 minutes.
I tried Hammer and carted after 15 minutes.
On my last try I went with Insect Glaive and just when I thought I got him (skull flashing) he found a Giant Jargas and beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of me. It was 40 minutes and he literally was smashing me with another monster in his jaws.

10/10 Joe forever.
