In an effort to work through my Steam library, I'm trying to play each game for 30-60 minutes and then provide a review. Here's my review for BYTEPATH:

- Its core gameplay is quite fun, and chain reactions of abilities can lead to some pretty enjoyable moments.
- The visual aesthetic is nice, and I like the mechanic of the linked upgrades, similar to FFX.
- This isn't generally the type of game I play so I wonder if it runs out of steam too quickly? I'm not the person to chase a high score.
- The game makes it weirdly difficult to figure out how to quit, making you enter a menu that shows all text command options in order to do so.

In a nutshell, I think it's fun for $2 if you're into this type of game. Personally, I don't see the point in chasing a high score so I'm not a fan of this genre, but if you are I imagine you'll feel it's worth the buy.

In an effort to work through my Steam library, I'm trying to play each game for 30-60 minutes and then provide a review. Here's my review for Primal Fears:

- It's very dated in just about every way. Visuals, AI, gameplay, environment, etc.
- Misleading utility of weapons. Turrets are MUCH more expensive than frag grenades in this game, but grenades proved by far more useful. Same applies to the default AR versus other expensive weapons.
- You have to hold the use key for like 8 seconds on certain actions for no reason, such as opening a door you have a set of keys too.
- I'm kinda certain they got their "Turn camera left/right" controls backwards? Although I may be misunderstanding what they mean

All in all, it's not a BAD game per se, but I can't recommend paying $4 (or $10 without a sale, wew), when there are flash games I've enjoyed more for free.

In an effort to work through my Steam library, I'm trying to play each game for 30-60 minutes and then provide a review. Here's my review for Clicker bAdventure:

- The translation is terrible and leaves you still confused as to how the gameplay works
- The difficulty levels of the game solely mean a randomly generated map on how fast you're willing to click

Honestly that's about enough to dissuade people from playing this game. If the challenge of it solely comes from how fast I'm willing to click, then this game sucks. It's not worth it, and you shouldn't buy it.

In an effort to work through my Steam library, I'm trying to play each game for 30-60 minutes and then provide a review. Here's my review for Tross:

The controls are so bad it's borderline unplayable. It kept resetting my keymapping for no reason, and despite A being bound to "Roll Left" and D being bound to "Roll Right", they both roll my ship left. It's so frustratingly annoying to maneuver in the game that it almost immediately isn't worth playing. You can do WAY WAY better for $5.

In an effort to work through my Steam library, I'm trying to play each game for 30-60 minutes and then provide a review. Here's my review for the RIP Trilogy:

I don't really have much to say other than this isn't any better than free flash games you can find online (and is probably worse, in some ways). It won't ever really go beyond "mildly entertaining". You can find better for the price of this game.

The game doesn't really seem to progress in any meaningful way other than you unlocking new maps. You cannot upgrade your mech to make it stronger, faster, etc. Because of that, the game wears thin after about 30 minutes or so as the diversity in gameplay is very limited.

I played this game for 2 minutes before realizing how unbelievably bad it is. Seeing that I couldn't leave a review without 5 minutes game time, I reinstalled it and let it sit at the language screen for 3 more minutes just so I could let other users know how unbelievably lazy and bad this game is. Don't play it.

In an effort to work through my Steam library, I'm trying to play each game for 30-60 minutes and then provide a review. Here's my review for Slayer of Traitors:

This game is not worth the 99 cents. There are legitimately good games you can get on Steam for that price.
- There's no real level design to the game. I could only bring myself to play about half the maps in the game, and the first level is the only one that looked like it had a little effort put into it - and sadly this map was the only one I tried that ran horribly. The rest are just sporadic and feel pretty thrown together.
- Even if you were into the gameplay and wanted to play through all the maps, you'd still be finished within 45 minutes.
- The game settings are as follows: 3 resolution options, and 2 graphics settings, "high" and "low".
- That, and the music is pretty terrible (primarily bad MIDI music) and doesn't really ever fit the environment.

I can't tell if the developer is doing this as a weird cash grab. Do not buy this game.

In an effort to work through my Steam library, I'm trying to play each game for 30-60 minutes and then provide a review. Here's my review for Bomb Defense:

The main issue above all else is that you pretty much have to trial-and-error every single level.

You're given a base amount of money per level that you have to strategically use to build a contraption to protect the kitten. However, it appears that you often have to build exactly as the game intends in order to succeed, because the amount of money they give you is very limiting. As a result, the game isn't very fun.
