Steamdeck users: Turn RTX off in the ingame settings otherwise you are going to have a bad time.

the core game is amazing but after chasing the nome in the coal for 10mins (DLC) and still not able to catch him, i got mad. This came just after another terrible design choice where in order to get a nome out of a jar you have to jump up and down on the spot. Zero indication to do that in the environment.

I quit immediately and left this review.

great game but honestly get it when its cheap and maybe avoid the DLC. 'fun' is not running around in circles being unable to catch a nome. someone should probably fix that.

10/10 game especially if you liked L4D/Vermintide and you are a fan of 40k lore. The weapon play feels nice, headshots and kills are satisfying with many intense moments but....

As of launch there is no end game loop, the crafting system is yet to be implemented but the microtransaction shop is fully functional complete with FOMO mechanic. Cash shop items are much better paid for directly with cash unless there is a way for players to earn microtransaction currency in game. Its always a shame to see a predatory system in great games.

Its a live service game and there's more content expected as well as better optimisation.

As for how it runs, during the beta i had 3 crashes. Since launch ive had none. The game runs great for me in med settings with some frame drops during maps when there's a lot going on. i have a 1060 with 8700k i7.

If you have a VR headset, get this game. It is a great showcase of what you can do with VR.
While the game itself was amazing to play what I am looking forward to is what modders will be able to do with this.
A must have for VR users and HalfLife fans.

Excellent game if you like flying around in space.

Excellent game. Physics feel smooth and realistic (except I have not experimented on planets which should have drag). Looks great, satisfying to play if you have a thing for flying around in space. The battles can get incredibly epic and tense while others are a breeze. Good balance, looking forward to more players joining and excited to see what is in the future.

10/10 will die again.
