This hybrid between role-playing game and bullet hell shooter is simple, short, and cute. In the small, mostly linear game world, you talk to various characters to learn what illness they suffer from. The enemies in the healing minigames get more and more dangerous as the game progresses, while Remedy also increases her healing powers by becoming more resilient or shooting more and stronger projectiles. A healed person can be talked to again, to learn how they're feeling now.

I found the humour in these short dialogues to be quite nice. The characters have ailments such as boredom, a melted face, or an acute lack of a body. Remedy treats gigantism by curing the sufferer's vertigo, or helps a chronically evil character accept themselves for who they are.

The game is well balanced and doesn't go on for longer than it should. At the end of the game, Remedy can choose to marry anyone – be it the prince or one of the opened treasure chests. Between the 64 characters and two objects, there's a total of 66 different endings, although they only differ in a few words of dialogue during the final sequence. So it's very fair of the developer to let players repeatedly reload the final savegame and have a look at all the endings, one after the other.
