Early Access Review
Marauders is a great addictive game, and as with any other game, it has its flaws. Its still in early access, but even with that, the game is great fun (proof is that I have nearly 1.3k hours in the game and have an alt account just for fun hihihi).
The game is hard to get into at first, but if you are strong enough and push through that first hard phase, it is a very fun game.
There are multiple things that you can do to get into the game.

-1. Play with someone who already plays the game and has map knowledge and general knowledge of the mechanics. (You can join the official discord and make some friends there to play with.)

-2. Watch Youtube videos or streams of people that play the game, and don't be scared to ask questions on both there and on the discord. (We don't bite, but we do shoot.)

-3. Have patience. You will die a lot. And with alot i mean. ALOT. And that's okay. I die as well. Just don't give up. Its okay to take a break sometimes to have a fresh start another day.

-4. There are multiple resources available that you can use to learn more about the game. There are map drawings you can use to learn the different maps, and there is a wiki where you can read about all the weapons, bots/bosses and items in the game.

Pros and cons:

Like every other game, there are some pros and cons. Here, I will list a few.

Pros:

- F1 (of course).

- Not many cheaters. In my more than a year of playing, I maybe have encountered a handful of cheaters. And when there is someone cheating, the devs get rid of them fast. (There are loads of people complaining about cheaters, but most of those people don't know about certain mechanics, guns/attachments and playstyles.)

- Good amount of PvP.

- Many kinds of guns. Automatic and some single shots.

- Different languages of voicelines.

- A good starter amount of skins.

- Zero-to-hero quests and in-game quests.

- The wipes in between big updates. Making you need to grind for gear and resources again and having a fair chance at the start.

- Guild hideout. A fun area to mess around with your guild members or alone to practice your aim and skill with certain weapons.

- Starter kits when first starting the game and after wipes.

Cons:

- Communication can be better at some moments.

- Long time before important quality of life patches are released for game breaking bugs. This most of the time comes together with the bigger content releasing updates.

- Steps can sometimes be a bit wonky on sound.

- Lower player count in between updates.

- The new UI can give you a brain aneurysm trying to navigate it.

- Not having an offline kind of area where new people can learn the maps and in-game quest spots.

- Prestiging is not always worth it. The amount of points you need is not worth with what you can always get.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In regards of newer players having no to almost no chance against "pro players". I think not only the game but also the players would really benefit from a system that newer players, until a certain point, can't get into the same games as "pro players". This gives newer players a more fair chance to start in the game and gives them the chance to explore the maps and ways of the game without getting punished too much.
I will probably add more points as time passes when I think of stuff to add.
