If some of you still having problems with stuttering, you can try using Flawless Widescreen software (Free) to unlock Framerate Cap.. for me its night and day difference, the stutters are almost gone like 95%.. unfortunately u need to disable the EAC for that and can only play in offline mode.. but i think this is one of the best option that we've got until FS releases new patch.
